吳嘉敏現於香港創作及居住。畢業於香港藝術學院及香港浸會大學視覺藝術系學士學位。
她創作靈感來源，是「自然」、「女性生命發展的面貌」與「內在探尋的空間」。
作品主要以中國水墨配合傳統工藝摺紙、拼貼及火焰展現出香港當代水墨的新面貌。

Katherine Ng Ka Man graduated from the Hong Kong Arts School and received the Honours Degree of Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts from Academy of Visual Arts, HKBU.
She participated in art fairs such as Fine Art Asia and Ink Asia with her work sold to private hands. She uses traditional Chinese ink along with digital output, collage, origami and flaming as medium to relate the scenery that contain its own experience and social connotation. A novelty to the local contemporary ink art scenery.
